ImageJ macro language
Creates a 2D segmentation from a brightfield image (or uses a segmentation from another program). Extrudes this 2D segmentation into 3D (assuming radially symmetric cells). The 3D segmentation can be used for volume estimates or 3D fluorescence quantification.
